We also process limited technical information such as session identifiers, IP address, browser details, application logs, and the page associated with submitted feedback.

How we use information

We use this information to provide and secure Smart Study, operate invitations and account recovery, maintain learning records, understand product reliability and usage, respond to requests, prevent abuse, and improve the early-access experience. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We may use carefully selected infrastructure, transactional email, backup, monitoring, and security providers to operate Smart Study. They process information only for the services they provide to us and under appropriate safeguards.

Cookies and sessions

Smart Study uses essential session and security cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms, and remember preferences. We do not require advertising cookies to use the product.

Retention and deletion

We retain account information while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, backup, and operational purposes. You can request account deletion from Account settings. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before they are safely overwritten.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, secure session settings, rate limiting, backups, monitoring, and other reasonable safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid storing information you do not need in the product.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some rights vary by location. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children

Smart Study is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy as Smart Study develops. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email before they take effect when reasonably possible.
